LaserHappy specializes in providing services related to auriculotherapy, soft laser treatmentfor smoking cessation, cannabis and surgar addiction, and management of various otheraddictions. These services are offered through its website.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Refund (hereinafter referred to as "GTC")are intended to define the terms and conditions under which LaserHappy offers and sells itsservices to its clients. They govern the contractual relationship between LaserHappy and itsclients, both for purchases made via the website and those made in the center.

The client is invited to read these GTC carefully and to print or save them on a durablemedium before placing an order with the company.

The company reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. In this case, the applicableversion will be the one in effect on the date of the order by the client. The last date of updateof the GTC is mentioned at the bottom of this document.

The client declares, on the one hand, that the purchase of services from LaserHappy is notdirectly related to his/her professional activity, being reserved for a clientele of individualsand professionals, and on the other hand, that he/she has full legal capacity to commit tothese general conditions.

These GTC are written in English. In case of translation into one or more other languages,only the English text shall prevail in case of dispute.
